I'm so happy to have found Jeff Hanke in San Clemente! Because Jeff took so much time on the phone when I called about a mold issue in one of my rooms, I had expected the price to be more than the other quotes. He was so knowledgeable, gave important advice, and he didn't try to pressure me or use scare tactics (like a couple of others). He actually told me what to do if I wanted to deal with the mold myself! Then, his price was actually lower than the other quotes. I also didn't expect his 2 employees, Michael and Stephen, to be so good at their job! They also were totally thorough, fast, explained everything, really professional and friendly (like Jeff). They even went the extra mile--(too much to explain here). Also, Jeff came at the beginning to thoroughly inspect and advise Michael and Stephen about some specific concerns in the room. I'm honestly blown away and feeling really blessed. I took extra cards to give to anyone with a mold or water damage issue.
