Came here right at 5pm to drop off a package - it only needed a QR code scanner, nothing more. I was told that I was disrespectful and rude for trying to make them work past closing.

This office rocks. I want to give a special shout out to Maline and Jessica. I had what seemed to be an irresolvable issue with a package and they managed to resolve it. Not only did they resolve the issue, but they went above and beyond what is expected of them in the process. I have nothing but love for those 2 clerks and this office. Thank you, Maline and Jessica!

One person working 10 days before Christmas? Longest, slowest line. As bad as DMV.

The parking lot is a great feature because it's one place where you can find parking these days. This post office is clean, pleasant and the staff and ladies that work there seem to work very efficiently in getting the line through. Also, I had a mail forwarding issue, and a female and male manager there, wereboth very accessible and prompt in assisting me. I really received great customer service from them.

Rancho San Clemente station is closed Sat if that's your office. If your mail is held at 520 Pico office they are open until 3 PM sat.
The post office is currently hiring a landscaping crew. As they only have one janitor for this office
They should pick it up EVERY time. They're required to.
Dana, all of the passport appointments are done online at USPS.COM. On the top right tab, under the international button
You'll definitely need to see if a supervisor can check the status of your change of address. Then, if it is effective, you'll need to contact the supervisor of your old address and make sure your old mail carrier is aware of the change of address
Yes that will work. Or you can go online usps.com and for about $1 you can make the change electronically. One for personal one for business either way.
If it is a postal owned box, you'll have to go in and request a work order for a new lock. I beleive it costs 40$.
Cut off time for outgoing mail during the week is 5pm
