I took a dear family friend here and they mixed up his appointment. He was very frustrated and said the staff are disorganized. The building itself is large and looks clean and well-maintained with lots of parking out front. We need to take good care of our veterans and give them priority for their health.

Overall theses guys are great. Every now and then you will get someone at the front desk who is snarky. They just need to remember that everyone of us who comes through their doors took an oath to give our life for their protection.

I don't know anything about the negative reviews. Here's my take: I am an 81 y/o retired MD Vietnam vet, and I have received nothing but the most courteous, kind and excellent treatment from every department at the clinic, all of them and everyone. My greatest appreciation to these folks and us taxpayers for the service.

You go down further one more street past the va clinic to the VSO and they will answer all of your questions
Yes
I checked with my doc last week and she said it's coming but they haven't started taking appointments yet.
The best place for immediate help is the SFVA Hospital. Once you are enrolled I n VA healthcare there is an urgent care center on Dutton that veterans can use.
Go to the clinic & bring your ID card, if you don't have one, then bring your DD214
No, but there signs outdoor that list A.A meetings.
