I have been visited doctor Soria today. This’s the first time for my appointment.I felt very good because their very clean environment and high efficiency. I didn’t see my watch after I finished but I think it’s just took around 20 minutes . The doctor checked my eyes very carefully and I’m so satisfied. I hope they’ll be better than better in the future.

My first experience with this institution from a doorman, receptionist, nurses to doctor and administrative staff, was as if I have stepped in a most exclusive private clinic where I have been a patient for years, at the same time I was trying to get a treatment at several other locations and all I got was we can not help you, sorry. The moment when I told them my problem they were on top of it, provided the treatment and the rest was taken care of later on. Very satisfied patient and forever grateful for the care they are providing me with.

Went in to have a huge cyst removed from my face 2 months ago and still waiting for my appointment... it has affected my ability to socialize in serious ways. I have called multiple times and expressed concern and they do nothing to help, leave me no one to talk to and all my questions and concerns go unanswered. You would expect a sense of professionalism in a medical establishment but that is just not the case here.

Most appointments are handled at Lombardi or Southwest sites but you can still call the same niumber
Vista Family Health is closed until Fall 2018. There is a Quest diagnostics at 990 Sonoma Ave in Santa Rosa.

Definitely not Brookwood, Lombardi campus as they are part of the same network. Always check there reviews and see how other patients have been treated. And been mistreated by the Dr's and poor quality and ignorance lack qualified staff. As a Patient myself. I have seen it first hand. It's rampant thru there whole Health network. And they will make every excuse in the world. Try Jewish, Sutter if you have MediCal / partnership go to Urgent care depending on your needs. Start making phone calls. Good luck Hun.
There are 2 other Community Health Ctrs in town. On Lombardi Lane, off of Sebastopol Rd near Post Office..... And on the corner of Brookwood and Sonoma Ave, across from the Police station.
If you call the Vista phone, it will transfer you to the Lombardi campus and we'll do our best to meet any urgent needs. Vista is the medical home to more than 20,000 people, so it may be tough to get in. If a practitioner I am seeing in Oregon wants to talk with a caregiver I had seen at Vista and to get medical records, can this be done as long as the clinic is closed due to fires?
They actually don't have a lab there the usually refer you to quest for blood work. They do offer an on site pharmacy though.
