Hidden Valley Animal Adventure

Its been 5 years since I've been to Hidden Valley, and we decided to take our younger kids last week. We went on a Tuesday and it wasn't busy at all. We took the bus tour, which is way better than driving through. I definitely recommend spending the extra $ and taking the bus. Anyway, our tour guide was super nice, kind to the kids and had lots of information about the animals we were seeing. There were so many young animals too, little calves and bison, a baby zebra and small water buffalo. This is way more fun than going to the zoo. If you haven't gone, you're missing out.

We just took our almost 2 year old son here and it was so much fun! After reading many reviews on how many feed buckets we would need we settled on 4… && that was perfect. We ended up losing two buckets of food to one very determined bison. We took our own car in just because it was easier for our family. Your car most likely will have feed inside it after feeding all the animals as they are messy eaters. Overall it was a great time and we highly recommend a visit here!

We had a wonderful time! The camels were the last stop to feed which I wish we would've been told. But otherwise our tour guide was awesome. We had a really great time. It would be nice if they installed microphones though. We couldn't hear anything the driver was saying while we were moving.

Great experience. What you can expect is that it is Nothing like a petting zoo and So much better than a Disney safari. You are taken on a ride through the habitats stopping to feed the animals. (Too many animals to list) My personal favorite was feeding the zebras who are shown below. I love the integrity that Hidden Animal Adventure has for their animals- you can tell how well they take care of them. I would recommend the food if you get hungry while you are there was very very well done. Friendly staff. Beautiful buildings.
