We have been loyal customers for years. We liked it because my wife and Myself would get out of work late and we liked the late hours of Ordonez. Before the Pandemic the place was going down hill with bad service and new Cooks that couldn't cook a descent plate of Chilaquiles. We recently went back ignoring our previous bad experiences and we received what we expected, terrible service. We were seated by this rude and angry waitress.We waited 30 minutes before she took our Drink order. And we waited and waited and no one came. The waiters saw us but ignored us. Never Again. Please stay away. Terrible service and ungrateful staff. I believe the owner is a Female owner who Hates her staff, customers, and I guess hates her Restaurant ,for her to allow it collapse in such a way. Please learn from our Experience. Stay Away.

My family and I have been going for many, many years. Never have we had a bad experience with the staff, customer service, food, drinks or order. Today we experience the worst customer service, staff, food and order. Our food was cold, drinks were made wrong or food order was mixed up. First server spilled my drink on me, we all received our food except my daughter, when I finally came, it was cold. It was a special occasion for our family, it was are Godson first Communion and his food was prepared wrong. When ask to fix it, it came burnt (waffles). It was a long wait, no body acknowledged us as we were standing there for over 20 Minutes, waiting to be seated. I can go on and on about the bad experience we had today. But I'm sure I will run out of room. We asked to speak to a manager and it took about 15 minutes until she came to us. And we mentioned the bad service, food and drinks got mixed up and all she would say is that she was short staffed, she was very rude. They need better training 😤, time to find a new place to eat at.

We had a very bad experience, we went today and waited 30 minutes to be sat, apparently no one cared since we were not the only customers waiting. I could hear other customers complain since they had been waiting for a while. There was no one that we could speak to, since the staff ignored everyone waiting. A young man called a waiter and the waiter didn't even acknowledge him. The day shift manager was the worst very rude and not apologetic to anyone whom was waiting. She actually passed by all the customers waiting and never acknowledge anyone. She complained about being busy with a big party. She was the worst. Once we were seated things were going very well until we get our food and it was cold, my order was wrong and it was like my child was eating cardboard. I asked to speak to manager and she didn't even care. All she complained about was being short staff, deal with a big party and no caring what I had to say. Never again will I be eating here, this is very disappointing since I was a regular and I loved the atmosphere, but I guess that what I get for dinning during mid morning. All my good experiences have been at night. The night manager is very helpful and attentive to his guest. Maybe he should training the morning staff.

Nice place with good food. It's not a romantic or cozy place, but the food is good and the margaritas are VERY good. Try out the spicy cucumber margarita, it's so fresh and taste fantastic. Another tips is the mango margarita. We had great service and felt very welcomed. We usually go for breakfast here, Because the breakfast is sooooo good.
