DON'T USE THIS FACILITY! We had to pay upfront as our appointment was on a Sunday so they said they couldn't get clearance from our insurance. They promised we would be reimbursed as soon as our insurance paid.... Our insurance paid within a week and 3 months later I am still chasing my reimbursement. They won't let you speak to billing directly and it's a never ending series of phone calls with empty promises and no payment sent.

The place was totally cool and they all wore face protection and it's also mandatory for all visitors I filled out the the forms and the lady technician was very professional and prompt so it didn't take long for me to go in and out of that place I most definitely give them a high score For their efforts and keeping up with this hard times ( Covid-19) prevention

On hold for twenty minutes to schedule appointment for mammogram. I have a PPO. Told I had to be referred by a primary care doctor. Reminder letter stated that, but come on. Why? Told, "just our policy" What kind of BS is that? And the woman answering the phone seemed to take great delight in telling me so. Makes me loathe the US medical system even more.
