I brought my Jeep Wrangler here to get a replacement battery for my stop/start and I had a very good experience. Brianna set up my appointment and was extremely nice and accommodating. Mario helped me when I arrived and he was beyond amazing, super personable and friendly. Other dealerships I had to constantly reach out to get a status on my vehicle and here Mario was very communicative and kept me in the loop from beginning to end. When I picked up my vehicle everyone at the dealership was so kind. I also love that its not a massive dealership, therefore it doesn't make you feel like you're just another customer that rush in and out. Only suggestion would be a phone call or email confirmation the day before an appointment.

Dealership experiences are overall pretty miserable but this one was the worst of all. They play hard to get like we should be lucky we are buying a car from them. They don’t give lease pricing whatsoever. After an hour wasted on misinformation on the amount of cars left in the lot/when cars will be shipped to what we are willing to pay , we left with nothing other than a promise of an email. We heard nothing of course. Completely put off by Jeep. Will gladly take business elsewhere.

My car has spent over 5 visits and 3 months at this dealer in the last 7 months. This last visit, 8 weeks and not a single phone call to get an update. They did nothing. Car is still jacked up. Service Manager is useless. He should be fired. I moved the car to a different dealer with so far better service. I would never ever go back to Santa Monica Chrysler Jeep, Ever!!! You have been warned.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but feel compelled after our experience here today. My 18 year old son dropped of his mom’s 2020 Pacifica for it’s 20,000 mile service, and after picking him up I was shocked to learn the service estimate was $550. I immediately called for an explanation and spoke with the service rep. He patiently broke things down for me item by item, and explained a brake fluid exchange ($250) was recommended. The reason given was that the brake fluid “had above 2% moisture.” Oh, okay, I thought to myself, that seems necessary. He brought up the “ 2% moisture” issue at least twice during our conversations. Later after my son picked up the car and paid, it hit me. The estimate including the recommended brake fluid exchange had been given before a mechanic had even touched the vehicle, much less tested the brake system. How could they have possibly come up with the 2% moisture content without looking at the vehicle? I realize now my son and his mom were taken advantage of and that I was straight up lied to by the rep. Changing the brake fluid was pure gravy for the dealership. Prove me wrong Santa Monica Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Beware. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here for service.
