Coolnetworks
Terrible experience with the Santa Monica office. Called today to speak with a manager about a rude employee and they just hung up the phone. Called again and they hung up again. Poor service!

Very disorganized. I went there for notary, gave my membership card to the reception and was told to sit and wait for my name to be called. well, 20 minutes later they called my name, I asked where should I go and was told to go to the end section of the office. Three people there, one free so I went to him. He asked what I need, I said notary and he told me to go sit and wait. I asked why did they call me? Just to change seats? He replies with the military style answer which is repeating the same shi over and over hoping to make a stupid person like me to understand the fact that it does not matter if my name was called. 10 minutes later he was free again but attended to another person so I left. This is my experience as a member for over 20 years and the very first visit to a AAA office.

The staff in this location is friendly, respectful and very helpful. Due to covid, lines in the DMV are long and you can spend hours before you get any help. Luckily AAA offers their members some DMV services. I was able to complete on a saturday my change of title/ownership after purchasing a vehicle and vehicle registration. The process was efficient and simple. You register at the front booth, they let you know wait time (in my case it was stated it would be 30 minutes but it was only 20 minutes) and they send you a text message when you are ready to be helped. Right away I was assisted by the staff who completed my title change and vehicle registrarion, walked out with my new registration vehicle sticker. THANK you for making such a tedious process simple and straight forward.

Well is like everywhere long waits for simple stuff to do

AAA is the best they would take good care of you , and give you advice if they can not do it.
I would like to take my son on his first plane ride to his first trip to Vegas. He’s 34 yrs old. I’m on a senior budget. Can AAA help me with this? Like booking airline tickets and hotel for 2 night and 3 days?
Unless its a brand new car the registration due date has nothing to do with when u purchased an used vehicle. That date is set in motion when car first purchased new from dealer .
I know you can get the photo there but not sure about the other. Sorry
The in office bulletin says you need to "visit REALID.dmv.ca.gov to fill out the online application, upload documents, schedule an appointment and pay the required driver's license or identification card fee"
You have to call AAA to find out. I am just a member of Aaa I would think you would have to go or call DMV ( Dept. Motor Vehicles)
Come into the AAA office and request a replacement. I'm here now and just asked.
I do not know. You need to call the office and ask.
Check online
I am pretty sure you need to go to DMV for that
Yes you can now
I need the VIN # verified on my vehicle bought out of state. Do they offer this service?
Yes
Yes, AAA should be able to help you with getting a temporary operating permit, as long as you are an active member.
You can Tom but may have to pay a $21 fee for a duplicate.
No
You can print on line.
Yes you can
Not sure about notary. No appointment need to.
Should be able to yes
You can do the process, but stickers will come from DMV
9 to 5
Yes take your vehicle registration proof of insurance and smog certificate
DMV can issue a temporary registration permit...
I think you can, but call DMV or triple AAA and check the rule books
Real ID can only be processed at any local DMV branch.
AAA offices do not contain "DMV" in their offices. AAA Does provide vehicle registration services for members. You can do transfer of ownership, and registration renewals in the office...
Yes!!! So much more convenient & so much faster than the DMV!!!
yes they R but not all day
Easiest place on westside to your registration. Mine renewal was complicated with a family transfer but they did it quickly. They seem to have full access to dmv systems. Pop in and ask at the counter or give them a call. Way better than the dmv!!!
Not sure... but I always get my car registration renewed at AAA. Much faster!!! Much more pleasant than going to the DMV!!!
I just renewed my insurance at this AAA location it was super fast and easy I will never go to the DMV again. If you need a smog check get that done before you go into the DMV otherwise they will process half of your registration send you out to get a smog check and then complete it when you get back you'll have to wait in line twice even though the line is short you want to have it done ahead of time
Seriously? Google it
You you consider getting the Real ID, the federally approved version. The process starts on line at www.dmv.ca.gov Because the standard is so low for the regular California ID, and undocumented immigrants can get it, as if next year, one will not be able to use the regular California ID to enter any federal facility including airports, Amtrak or even at a post office.
Only if its aaa ins related yes of course u can.
If it's dmv services, they only take cash or check, so definitely bring that....
No sorry we have no way to do that.
I think you should make an appointment at the DMV.

Yes. For a fee. Plus all the other info responses.
10am -2pm
Only certain post offices!
I know they're open. You can give them a call!!
Yes if you are menber and provide information on insurance
All matters regarding drivers license can only be addressed at the DMV. Title's, registration renewal and transfer is ver easy and smooth at AAA.
Visit AAA to get maps and travel information trip planning
Different operating hours. The one in Santa Monica on Santa Monica near Harvard has hours of 9 to 5 Monday through Friday. Saturdays they are open 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. They are closed on Sundays. For other offices check their website.
I don't think so
I believe that you can however I highly encourage you to Simply call a triple A representative to make sure of your liability. You also should contact an attorney just in case and just get quotes. The AAA attorneys will be looking out for themselves and the company not you.
Best if you call the office. I'm not sure which ticket you're talking about.
no , you can not pay your car with a credit card , because of they are serving for the DMV
Drive license no
