On my first visit to Johns Incredible Pizza, I was disappointed on their uncleanliness at the food court area, some food looked like 2 day old chicken that was overheated too many times, salad bar had old looking sides although the salad lettuce seemed fresh, dessert bar was messy with stale looking cakes, the only tempting thing that I spotted were the chocolate cookies. The floors were dirty and the bathroom in the arcade area were dirty. The only person that I can rate four stars, is for the manager who I met on the way out the door he was very helpful in answering my questions and friendly. Johns Incredible's front staff had poor customer service, and is not kid friendly in my opinion.

Food is ok. The pizza is the best of all options in my opinion. And their salad bar is pretty stocked. We went during the week so it was not crowded. The arcade area was neat and clean and had lots of options. I no longer have a toddler but they have an area for them and an area for parents to sit in while supervising them. I highly recommend. Kids had fun for hours .

Horrible experience at this place!!! We arrived at 3:30 we were told to wait an hour we didn’t get inside until 5 pm!!! 2 hour wait!!! Groups of people were already leaving and the two employees that spent those two hours talking and gossiping only let a few in…. We were crowded!!! Not only that tables were dirty and not cleaned up!!! What kind of management runs this place? Employees talking, unsanitary and disgusting! You come here to spend hundreds of dollars to eat and for your children to play here and this is the service, the customer is provided. I will never come here and I don’t recommend this place.

Place is disgusting. Trash and dirty dishes left all over tables and the floor. Half the "clean" plates and silverware had food left on them. Soda fountain was dispensing water, the syrup was obviously low and the staff didn't care to add more. The food quality and taste is horrid. The entry price is way too high. Not worth it. To add insult to injury, over half of the arcade games weren't functioning. There seemed to be only one manager for the entire building and they clearly weren't managing anything, as people kept complaining about the games and machines and nobody did anything to attempt to fix them. Came here for my sons birthday and it was a terrible experience. Would not come again. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. Idk how this place is still open.

Its worth it, the food has flavor in my opinion. They have alot of options to choose from. One thing that i know for sure its not like a Golden Corral or a hometown buffet.

John's is a kids version of Dave and Buster's, but more grown up than Chuck E Cheese. It's also a pizza buffet, so it's big kid friendly. Adolescents can also find good entertainment with some rides and the arcade.

No! First come and save ur own space. Others may do the same depending on day! Otherwise reserve the space and No worries! You will have the party rm. For 1 1/2 hrs.

You can go to their facilities, I only know that the packages start at $300 but it depends on what you want, they can explain it to you.
