This place has been fine for minor stuff like oil changes but I recently took my car for a diagnostic and repair and it was not a good experience at all. Took my car here two weeks ago and told them the check engine light was on and the car was leaking/smelled of gas, asked for a diagnostic workup and to let us know what the problems were. They said the gas tank was leaking and it would need to be replaced, and some wires had been chewed through. That's all they said was wrong with it, didn't mention any problem with the engine. I have to call frequently for updates because they rarely call or answer their phone, and have no voicemail for some reason. By the beginning of the second week they let us know they've ordered the incorrect part for the car and the real one won't be there until Friday. Come Friday I call and they say it will definitely be ready the next day, and I should pick it up on Saturday. On Saturday I call 4 times throughout the day, no one answers, and when I decide to just show up I find the place closed. They had a bunch of excuses for this, but really just an unacceptable way to run a business. I come to get my car on Tuesday, now 2 whole weeks since I brought it in, and find the check engine light is still on! I was told that they chose for some reason to only investigate the leak, despite being told of the check engine light when the car was brought in. So now I have to find another garage that can finish the job and check the engine out. I was given a small discount for the trouble, but obviously will be finding a more competent garage for future use.

Underneath my car there was something lose and making a lot of noise, the mechanics did me a great favor by just tighten what was lose with no extra charge. When I get service done at the Chevy dealership where I purchased my car they ignored it and didn’t care about it at all. Bottoms line these men at this meineke is about Customer care

They fixed my exhaust hanger well and fast. However, I asked them to check on one of my wheel because it didn't want to come off. I have been told it's ok but when I tried to rotate my tires it was the same as before. Plus, two out of five lug nuts on the wheel were cross threaded and overtightened. I will have to have this fixed. I won't come here again.
