I highly recommend this location! The entire staff is outstanding! I took my 83 year old mother with Alzheimers here to setup her new iPhone. The two gentlemen we worked with were patient and very caring with my mom. They transferred everything into her new phone and made the process fun for her. If you have an older parent this is the location to bring them to 👍

Recently stopped into Verizon store to talk to Terry about a cracked screen older model phone and what my options were. He was super helpful giving me many options but knowing my type of usage tailored my choices to match that type of use. This in my opinion is the Hallmark of a great salesperson who knows his product and his clients. It was a busy day at the store with an employee out but he treated every customer immediately upon walking in and was up front with what the expected wait time might be and invited them to feel free to look around or have a seat and relax. He managed to do this while helping myself and at least one or more parties simultaneously. Highly recommend Terry to anyone for any phone, plan or product questions, he knows his stuff and will take great care of you.

Love them! We’ve been with Verizon for years and every time they’re super friendly and incredibly helpful. Very knowledgeable staff who is always looking to help save you money and find discounts if needed! Terry was super helpful when I went in to get my last phone :)

The Saturday crew Anthony, Terry, and James! What a bunch of stand up guys. Never have I seen patience quite like I have received in the past week. Trying to port my number from straight talk was an incredible nightmare. Only the great minds of these 3 gentleman could conquer such a monstrous feat. I congratulate these guys for putting up with me and the all evil straight talk customer service. I hope this store continues to thrive on its ingenuity and great structure for all customers who swing through the door. Screw you straight talk! Go Verizon Stratham!

We are requiring properly worn face coverings, limiting the amount of guest at one time, have plexiglass shields in place, stanchions to promote social distancing, and have enhanced cleaning protocols. We also ask each guest to sanitize their hands and devices upon entering.
Hi Harvey - It is difficult to answer your question through this forum. Where they could potentially be depends on what operating system your phone is and how it is setup. Most pictures are likely backed up somewhere on cloud storage. If you have Total Mobile Protection on your device (insurance) it includes a Tech coach service which you access through the Tech Coach app. This service allows you to get help with anything related to your device they can even access your phone remotely to help with this type of situation. The service is 24/7 and you can do it from home. If that does not work for you feel free to call the store 1 603-775-7253 for further assistance. We are open 9-6:30 M-S and 9-5 on Sunday.
