Pretty much a corporate sham taking advantage of people needing medical services. They will waste your time (5+hr waiting for a simple physical) and then overcharge you for it. Don't bother.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I had to have a wheel chair and Anna brought it out with an ice pack for my knee. The Dr. Was very thorough and I was seen on time. Great experience. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I was under the impression that an emergency room was for life threatening emergencies and an Urgent care was for things that could wait a little bit but still needed to be seen faster than a primary care could provide. This place was a joke. My daughter was cut by a piece of metal and had a large cut in the back of her leg. An EMT at the event we were at put some butterfly stitches on the wound and told us she needed to be seen for stitches. We came to this location and were told we needed an appointment and then next available wasn't for over an hour and there were other emergencies. They said she didn't appear to be in pain so she "was fine". We waited almost the whole hour and I watched as other patients came and went, none of which were there for any kind of emergency, all were there for the flu. ALL of them. I got a text message 15 minutes before our appointment that they were behind and it was going to be 120 more minutes until we could be seen. We left and went to the ER where she was taken in within 10 minutes and was immediately stitched up and the doctor and triage nurse were appalled that they didn't take her in immediately. I do not recommend this urgent care at all. We were an hour away from home and were not near our usual locations.

I decided to make an appointment here but walk-in is accepted as well. Given that either choice is available, if you decide to walk-in, you might be waiting a bit but I feel like that should be expected in that situation. My wait time was reasonable, I was checked in right away and didn't have to wait long before being seen. The nurse I talked to was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I didn't feel like I was being rushed through or rushed out. They really made me feel that during my time there, I was important to them. I had a very good experience with this place. I would recommend it for sure. Better than the emergency room and quicker, too! Of course, if it's an emergency, don't skip the hospital! Haha. Overall great experience for sure.
