The woman behind the counter was clearly aggravated at the fact that I had to ship 15 individual items to different locations. She had spelt a name wrong so I corrected her which was clearly a mistake on my part. Then she put their first name in the with the last name field so I pointed that out and she snapped back at me that she was handling it and will correct it. I was trying to help and also to make sure it was delivered to the right place. Horrible customer service from her.

Fantastic service! Most convenient way to send packages ever! Just walk in with your parcel and they'll find the right shipping box for it. Friendly staff as well.

I walked in right behind two customers each carrying two unlabeled boxes. "Ugh," I thought, anticipating how long this usually takes at other establishments. Well, more employees emerged from the rear of the store to the registers, until there were 4 employees on a busy friday afternoon all helping customers! After waiting about 3 minutes, I was being helped, and the woman was quick with processing my shipments and patient as I looked up the phone number of the destination address (hint - have this ready when you go!) I had the option for USPS, UPS, and FedEx for each shipment. Having three options in one place was a huge advantage of this store.

I used this business to send Christmas gifts to my niece and nephew. I had to use a fairly large box and it was going to cost more to ship the gifts than I'd spent on them. The employee offered to cut the box down, and then repacked the box, taped it back up and shipped it. Based on the new dimensions of the box once the employee cut it down she saved me over $20! I really appreciated the service, especially at a busy time of year.
