I have been with Jean Sousa-State Farm for years now and after years of going from one insurance company to another to get the best rates, I found SF and the customer service is so amazing that I have never even considered leaving since. The first rep I worked with was Erin and I became so attached to working with her, that I was always afraid when I reached out for something that I needed help with, that she might not be there anymore. Then about a year and a half ago I started working with Robert and he is JUST as amazing! He even reaches out to me when he sees something in my account that may have changed or might lower my premium. He has taken the time to familiarize himself with my account and when I reach out I don't have to remind him who I am and what properties or vehicles I own. He is ON IT! My personal experience has been with Robert Ouellette he was able to get my boyfriend a great auto rate that was so much lower then what we were paying. I got a quotes from almost every insurance company and nobody could match what State Farm was offering us. We also just recently bought a house and again Robert helped us find a good rate but he also was very responsive and fast. When our reality company lost our insurance documents without any hesitation Robert sent them over again even though it was his day off. Working with State Farm and Robert has been so refreshing.
