After waiting a long time for my new vehicle to arrive , when it finally got here I was thrilled with how nice everyone was and how easily I was able to get into my new car ! Zach was the BEST as was Barry. Tim, who showed me the awesome capabilities of my new car!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVED my car buying experience at Honda Stratham! After submitting an interest online, I was not immediately bombarded by a slew of overly eager phone calls or emails. Simply one, very pleasant and personalized greeting phone call the following morning by Ashley, who felt more like a friend checking in to say hi than anything else. She was able to schedule my test drive that same afternoon where I met my sales person, Chris, another phenomenal personality. We went on a test drive and share stories like old friends. Eileen in Finance sealed the deal at a much lower rate than I expected, which made me feel great because I had been working so hard at establishing great credit for a long time in order to make this car purchase. Buying a car here completely exceeded my expectations because I worked at a dealership in another part of the country and it was run much differently. If you are looking for an honest dealership run by good people and exceptional customer service, this is the place for you! Ps - used to be called the Honda Barn.

Best car buying experience you can get. The whole team is respectful and overall kind. The honesty and transparency they displayed is something you don’t get anywhere else. Their business manager Xan is exceptional. He is extremely knowledgeable and hard-working. A car dealership with no pushy salespeople and no scummy tactics is my kind of place and Honda Stratham is just that!
