I lived here for 3 years and never had a problem. My neighbors were so nice, if I ever had any issues with anything someone would come out the same day or next. Love the neighborhood and how everything was minutes away.

Current resident. Moved in Oct 2020 into a roach infested apartment. It is now 6 months later and there is still a roach infestation. We have been beyond patient with this apartment complex. I wrote my first review 2 months ago and nothing has changed. We keep reaching out with no response whatever from the leasing office. Messages have been left with the answering service. I got a hold of maintenance and was told the exterminator was suppose to come out on Friday April 2nd 2021. Waited all day for no one to show up. Finally got on the phone Nancy she told me she was gonna look into it for me and give me a call Monday April 5th 2021 before she gets off at 4pm. It is now Monday I realized it was 3:30pm and I haven't heard from anybody so i called into the office and was told by another lady Nancy would give me a call back before she leaves, got a call back from Nancy my concerns seemed to be getting dismissed because she said no on else was complaining about roaches. I attached a few photos out of 100 or more. Just like my review from 2 months ago this apartment complex is not taking this issue seriously and does not care about the living conditions of their tenants. They are going to response to this review just like the last one telling me to reach out to the office. I have been reaching out over and over again with no response. Im not sure if they just have people working there that dont know how to do their job or people that just dont want to do their job but something seriously needs to change and this roach infestation problem needs to be addressed right away.

All my landlords really care about me and make sure my needs are met to a great standard. The price is worth it in my opinion if you want to be close to everything because I cannot drive yet. The neighbors are very nice, and they are pet friendly, as well (dogs need to be approved first; mine is registered) 💞

I love living here. I have been here 3 yrs and hope to be here a long time. Jill the Manager is great. She will help you with anything. The maintenance guys Angelo and John are so nice and if you need something done they are here to fix it. The neighbor's are nice and it's really quiet here. I would recommend it to everyone.I like it in the spring and summer here. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning. I am up early so I open the windows so I can hear them..
