Just moved here in January. I just wanted to say how Extremely Helpful and Friendly the Manager/Secretary, Devin is. She literally does the job that would usually take a team of people to do! She's always willing to answer any questions or address concerns as best she can. She made my move here comfortable and easy!❤️

There are electrical sucks and their management sucks cuz a lot of times management don't want to do nothing when comes down to a person complaining about another person in disturbances and on top of that me and my boyfriend almost slept outside because nobody put rocks out out going towards the courtyard

The manager,management are slum lords they expect their maintenance men to do roofing work expert plumbing and electrical work. Which not to my knowledge are not licensed or certified in.The manager makes promises that she'll send one of the guy's over and no shows up to fix things.It's been my experience to get anything done you have to call the Housing Authority to get anything done!They also don't follow occupancy rules,meaning they will rent a one bedroom apartment with 6 people living there.There also seem to rent to girls with a kid and a few weeks later there drug dealer boyfriend brother who ever starts doing business out in the parking areas.The buildings aren't secure meaning anyone can come in or out all times of day and night,I've found guys sleeping in the halls and stairwells,seen people in cars so out of it they look as if there going to OD. Some people have ODed here.Don't rent hear the buildings have been here since 1965! And they need major renovation work done!
