The manager,management are slum lords they expect their maintenance men to do roofing work expert plumbing and electrical work. Which not to my knowledge are not licensed or certified in.The manager makes promises that she'll send one of the guy's over and no shows up to fix things.It's been my experience to get anything done you have to call the Housing Authority to get anything done!They also don't follow occupancy rules,meaning they will rent a one bedroom apartment with 6 people living there.There also seem to rent to girls with a kid and a few weeks later there drug dealer boyfriend brother who ever starts doing business out in the parking areas.The buildings aren't secure meaning anyone can come in or out all times of day and night,I've found guys sleeping in the halls and stairwells,seen people in cars so out of it they look as if there going to OD. Some people have ODed here.Don't rent hear the buildings have been here since 1965! And they need major renovation work done!
And it's true the management sucks here every single time me and my boyfriend give you sitting in the dining room it's like the light goes off and it wasn't even on Long and it just goes out the living room in the bedroom it's all on one circuit breaker and it shouldn't even be like that they should be on two different circuit breakers and on top of that it's like every time you turn around it does not get done here. They are animal friendly. But it just seems like nothing gets done you sit there and complain to the management and about somebody and nothing there's a lady in one of the buildings her dog keeps barking like crazy and she's on the third floor so many people have complained about her and nothing that person talk s*** so much about the lady in the office and still nothing the management doesn't even do anything about that person so it's pointless for anybody move here because of the management the electrical sucks plus it only put rock salt towards the courtyard and people
