Love this complex ! Great environment and great diversity. Such great cleanness of the complex from what I’ve heard Dina is the head of the cleaning complex and she’s done a really good job keeping it clean, and nursan who made sure I was taken care of while giving me a tour. I can’t wait to move in.

I agree Senny the new owners are great! Nursen Jacob and Dina are amazing. Love how the new housekeeper keeps the place neat. Lavana falls never looked this good before. Everyone is so happy since Silverstone took over control. Please keep it up. We love it here now. It's clean and quite.

Office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues im glad to meet the leasing manager Mrs Nursen Ekiz she is kind and has great personality. She helped us a lot to whatever we needed to be able to rent the place.

Im sorry but,they cant smell it from the Office so NO,If they cant keep up with Repairs,or Package thefts,or Drug Dealing,or Security,Or Collectimg Rent,oops My bad they do that very well.

That’s a great question! Yes, you can pay rent and submit maintenance requests using AppRent. (www.apprent.com) As long as you pay by ACH there are no fees whatsoever! Stop by the office if you need help getting setup
"Our rental requirements are: 1. Combined gross income that is three times your monthly rent (before taxes). 2. You must be in good standing with your current/previous landlords. 3. We accept a range of credit scores; a lower score may lead to a higher security deposit."
"Security Deposits range from $300 to one and a half times the monthly rent. The security deposit amount is based on an algorithm from the screening results. Once you apply we will let you know how much the deposit is. Regardless of the amount, security deposits are refundable after you move out."
