I stayed in New port for 1 year and i have no complaints with management office and maintenance. Manager Jean she is awesome person she is always ready to take care of all resident whenever they need her. I would like to say Thanks to Newport Village Apartments for managing the place so well.

I came in for a tour because the outside of the building looked decent but boy was I judging a book by its cover. It’s small, outdated, and even their “upgraded” apartments are out dated for the location it’s it. What really made me write this review though was how I was told by the leasing agent that my emotional support animal wouldn’t be accepted based on his size. Under the Fair Housing Act that’s illegal. The leasing agent also didn’t sell the property at all or even show any enthusiasm. She seemed really checked out. I wouldn’t stay here based on the vibes from meeting the leasing agent and I’ll be contacting the Housing Department, The ADA, and whomever else I need to about the housing discrimination against my dog and I.
