I was concerned when the keys came out looking different than my original, so the machine should probably tell you about that at the beginning. They change the key copy to be better, it's pretty cool. The key copies go in the lock like a hot knife through butter. Easy and quick kiosk at my local grocery store

We ordered 6 keys in total. 2 we got in the mail did not work (because it was a copy of a bad copy) but the 4 we got in the kiosk worked fine. We got a refund issued the same day for the non working keys.
