Where to begin? My whole experience was testament to a dying breed of business: warm and welcoming, personable, flexible, and honest. Michael and Seth made me feel at home, and for a modest fee they delivered and setup a beautiful couch (ok, it was a downright steal given what the pandemic has done to home delivery). Also, I have zero eye for color/decor, my eyeballs are basically ornamental when it comes to that, and they helped match the couch and accent pillows to my humble abode. Because of them, I'm on my way to the living room I've always wanted. Thank you!

MiY home was a great company to work with. Although I live in Idaho and MiY is in Baltimore, I connected with them through my online searching because they seemed to have a specific media cabinet in stock that few others had, and they had good reviews. It was indeed in stock and Michael, one of the owners, was quick to answer my questions and provided incredibly personalized service throughout the purchasing and shipping process. The delivery process was also smooth in terms of communication and professionalism. While the delivery people had to adjust a few things after they put the piece together, they did so with grace and patience. It's stressful to buy a piece of furniture online, but working with MiY home was a great experience. I will definitely work with this company again.

Michael reached out to me via email promptly after placing the order and kept me updated on the status along the way. The beautiful console was delivered to our home in Frederick, MD within 10 days of being purchased! My husband and I moved to Baltimore last year in July and had passed by Miy Home several times on our way to different places. We kept telling each other that we needed to drop in and check the place out. We needed to purchase two small sofas and decided to go to Miy Home and see what they had to offer in selections. Long story short we ended up purchasing the sofas there. Seth was great and helped us pick out the perfect fabric for our sofas. We found out shortly after that that the manufacturer had discontinued one of the fabrics we had chosen, but Seth was gracious enough to offer to come by our place and bring more fabric samples. He was great in helping us decide what to go with and his input was invaluable. My husband and I could not be happier with our selections and feel as though we have found our new place to go for our furniture needs here in Baltimore!
