I arrived at the store to make a purchase. The “sales” person was more interested in telling me the store was closing in 10 minutes and they had a long day. I knew specifically what I wanted and showed him the item. He told me someone in the back had to look for it and he knew that person was ready to leave. He walked to the back and immediately came back telling me the manager, Justin, told him they didn’t have the item. The website said it was in stock. But be told me Justin is the one who unloads the trucks. He then told me to call tomorrow morning and they would take another look. This assured me that no one looked today. Nor were they interested in putting any effort into looking. Update: I returned to this location on Monday, July 25, 2022. I made sure to get there two hours before store closing to make sure that I was not being rushed and I was not rushing anyone. I wanted to take my time and look around the store to see if I could find something different from what I originally wanted. When I got to the register to ask questions about items on the floor, the same sales person was at the register finishing up a phone call. I politely waited for him to end his call and he looked at me and said “I remember you “. He then proceeded to say “I am so swamped today “. Again, I felt that this person had no intent on helping me and I decided to take my business elsewhere. It is really a shame for someone to be in a place to run customers away or make them feel like they are bothering him. When I went the first time, I understand his day was coming to an end, and he wanted to leave so I decided to give it another shot. I finally went somewhere and made a purchase and probably paid three times what I would’ve paid in the store but for me it was the principle I do not spend money where I’m not wanted or appreciated.

They had a few selections but nothing matched meaning they had the washer but not the dryer or dryer and not the washing machine 🤔

Sounds like a bad door switch or a logic board issue. If it was from Sears it should have the manufacturer warranty however if it was purchased at the outlet then it has no warranty unless you paid for it when it was purchased.

No. Both Sears Outlet and the new American Freight Appliance, Furniture, Mattress are completely separate entities from Sears and Sears' parent company TransformCo. In fact, starting in late April, we will no longer use the Sears Outlet name and it will be removed entirely from all of our materials and business operations.
