It was a pleasure to be greeted immediately when entering the store by Chanelle. She was extremely courteous and knowledgeable about the mattresses I was interested in. I appreciate her patience as I looked around and her excellent customer service. The only negative thing I will say is that it is very hard to tell the employees from the customers. Had Chanelle not greeted me, I would’ve mistaken her for a customer. But overall I was impressed with the professionalism. Delivery went smoothly and the delivery men wore masks which is a big plus in my book. Keep up the excellent work (just don’t forget to wear your uniforms).

Chrissy was very knowledgeable about the furniture. She is a very honest salesperson who wouldn’t sell you anything she wouldn’t buy. She also has a great sense of humor and is a extremely personable person. I am so glad we ran into to her when we did and I highly recommend you ask for Chrissy when you visit the store.

This was the easiest shopping experience I didn’t have to go in the store at all!!! I looked online, told her my vision what colors I wanted and Chrissy sent me pictures and ideas. Valerie was the one who helped us out when we were shopping for furniture. She spent her entire time helping us and suggesting furniture that we brought. She was a sweetheart and it was an amazing experience to have her help us shop. We’ll be coming back again anytime we need furniture and asking her in particular to help.
