Yes, many people celebrate here. There are many picnic tables or spots you can secure day of. There are also 2 pavilions, a small one near the playground and s larger one near the tennis courts that can be rented from the city.
No rule against it as far as I'm aware, but the main paths are only gravel. Only a short section is paved.
No but that's a good idea that the city should implement to generate additional revenue.
You have to contact city of farmington. They can let you know what you need to do
Less than a mile; around .80. You can always circle around the ball field or add extra circles on the small loop by the stream to get to a mile.
