Everytime we make the trip out here the splash pad is closed.

We visited this spray park yesterday for the first time and it was great! There are a lot of different spray features to suit kids of all ages, there is a $2 pp resident fee ($4 non-res), but adults can enter spray area free to monitor their children. Also, lots of shade trees and picnic tables in the immediate area for caregivers to sit and watch. There are also 2 nice play structures adjacent to the splash pad that include swings. Bathrooms and seperate changing rooms in the vicinity as well. Covered pavilions for rent are close by for gatherings and parties. I did see pickleball courts and a basketball court in the area. I noticed signs for soccer and baseball fields on the way to the spray park. We'll be back.

My kids love the spray park and they also had a lifeguard on duty which is always a plus. And they have a wonderful park that is safe for the young kids. We will definitely be back soon.

The Spray Park opened this weekend, and will be open through Labor Day (weather pending).

Hi Terry! The best way to get to the park is to use the same entrance off of Clarkston road, but plan to make a right into the park instead of a left. You will come from Sashabaw Rd instead of M15. Once you pass Everest Academy on the left, the park entrance is just past that on the right.
When I was there I didn't see any dogs. It's $2 per child to go in, there is a person working you can ask when going!
I'm pretty sure it closes at 8 and the charge is for the spray park.
No, the new construction is starting next week. The old one was taken out last fall.
No, the new splash park is not open. I spoke with the Parks & Rec Department July 20, and they said the new estimated opening day is mid- to late August. Sorry!

They are installing a new one this year.
