Horrible noisy neighbors. Can’t get no sleep that’s against noise enjoyment policies. All Rude staff from maintenance to leasing. No longer luxury and since this is practically the only few safe areas I will have to stay. Change in management everything has gone downhill since Fix the stairs Fix the trash Terrible Disagree totally staff here are rude from maintenance to leasing staff if you walk pass a resident and refuse to say hello that’s awful customer service. In my view I use to like living here but things definitely have not improved. I also don’t like that I can’t leave feedback from each maintenance work order then staff don’t greet residents that’s very rude it’s bad enough other tenants here don’t speak but it’s even worst when your staff speak to each other and not residents this happens each time Also noisy residents not ok Trash bins always a mess so I end up having to come down to main one which is not clean It’s definitely not the same Great space love my apartment The only thing is trash we have to take down and pay fee

It's nice and quiet in the Fitzgerald. The staff are always kind and willing to help. The gym in the breezeway has been very useful as well. Overall very pleased to be living here

I've lived at the Fitzgerald for almost 3 years now, and it's been the best community I've ever lived at. I really enjoy the convenient location, easy access to 95 and 83, the light rail is literally on the property (the noisy train becomes background noise and you won't notice it much), and Penn Station is across the street - it's a commuters haven really. The staff are friendly, especially the concierge LaCara who's always been pleasant towards me. She truly goes above and beyond for residents. Overall, I would recommend the Fitz.

I just finished moving out of my apt room over the weekend and it was bittersweet for me. I can't say enough good things about being able to live here. 1) The location was PERFECT, all I had to do was just walk up the sidewalk to MICA, the light rail was right next to the building, Penn Station was only a block away, I could walk to a lot of places since I didn't have a car. I felt safe living here and even though there could be a lot of noise from the trains, cars and sirens, it all became white noise to me. There were even 2 eating places attached to the building. The Brass Tap was so good!! (Highly recommend) and Noona's (unfortunately didn't get the chance to try it out) 2) The staff is super friendly and were always able to answer any questions or concerns I may have had. Whenever I would walk through the front lobby, whoever was the receptionist was, they always greeted me with a hello or ask me how my day is going. After long days at school, it was nice to be greeted like so. The amenities at the Fitz were amazing. If I couldn't focus in my room, I was able to go downstairs and work at one of the tables or use the conference room. My one suggestion is I wish there were a few more outlets in the common area especially around the high tables. Even though my time was cute short due to covid, the pool area and the small yard with the firepit were great places just to relax. The gym was great because all I had to do was go downstairs to use it instead of walking to MICA to use their gym. 3) The views from my room were AMAZING especially since I was on the 7th floor. I am for sure going to miss them 4) Being able to live here helped me to grow as an individual and I had support from the staff here which made things easier. Before living here, I was so nervous because I didn't think I would be able to manage living on my own especially in the city. But as I said earlier, the location was perfect and everything included really helped me to adjust and become comfortable. I would abosolutly recommend others to living at the Fitzgerald!
