I got connected with Home Team Fencing through Home Depot. The company scheduled me for an appointment in a 2-hour window on Saturday 06/04/22. I waited at home and no one ever showed up. I later called their phone number from the confirmation email and no one answered or returned my voicemail. This is obviously not a very professional company and their ability to keep to a schedule is probably a good sign that one should avoid them when looking for a reliable fence company to follow through on their commitments. I’ll get other bids and go with a different contractor.

Had an appointment scheduled for 2-3PM today and they no showed. No call to reschedule. Save your money and time. This company doesn’t care about honoring their appointments. I can only imagine how unresponsive they are once you pay them.

Couldn't be happier with our new vinyl fence or the customer service. They scheduled the installation quickly, communicated promptly, and offered a variety of options. The job itself took less than a day and the installers were safe and courteous. Would definitely choose Home Team again!

Very pleased with their service. I had three gates installed, replacing old wood ones. They were the lowest bid and they installed in three weeks after the order. There was a delay in the installation due to parts missing which I wasn’t very happy about, but after I sent an email to the owner, they got the parts and installed a day later. Several people including the owner communicated with me to ensure that I was satisfied. Couldn’t have asked for better service and responsiveness! The installer Juan made certain that he took the time to do a quality job and even installed some hooks and doorstops that I supplied. Would recommend without hesitation.
