Appointment Scheduling is pointless. I scheduled an appointment online and went in for my scheduled time. The guy running the front expressed frustration with the online appointment scheduler and said they are short staffed, so it would take a while to get to my car. "Okay, no worries, how about I schedule one right now for tomorrow." - You know, so they can be prepared when I come in. Flash Forward: I go back for the appointment I scheduled the day before and they are like, "We can get to your car in about an hour fourty-five to two hours". Really? What's the point of scheduling an appointment if they can't even get to the service remotely near the scheduled appointment time? I get being busy. I get being short-staffed, but that is a really good way to lose customers.

Edgar is the f#%$ing man. He stayed late to help me after I got two flat tires on an already bad day, sent his guy to get my tires when they were out of stock, and went out of his way to make the experience excellent. I already love Pep Boys, but this is the new home base. Thanks Edgar! Store#0609!!!

I came in on Sunday hoping to get my tire patched because my regular tire shop is closed on Sunday. The hole was in a spot that could be patched but they tried to pressure me into buying a new tire. I went to my tire shop today and they patched it in less then an hour. These people just want to get a sale out of you. You're better off going somewhere else.

Attitude reflects leadership 😉
Yes, it’s a Pep Boys Tire and Service Center with mechanics for your car but you can’t just buy parts or products for self-service here.
It’s not closing. It is open for an oil change, repairs and for new tires but you can’t buy parts or products directly for self-service.
If you go to the shop.that dies matainance, but they will.probably charge for labor.
Yes you can do it
Catalan rrplacment is to be done. Maybe you'll find an old man in the trash yard a few miles away
