Horrible park there was a fat white guy smoking near the the playground where our children play and he was staring at the kids and also alpt of dos without leash omg what horrible experience

Kinda, it has a playground and a park but there is a light stench of duck poop in the air.
I don't think so, but you can call Park Recreation Services in Santa Ana. They could have a location in that Park, or possibly in another Park in Santa Ana.

Don't see an inform panel. It looked like the poor bird had a band around its leg and the foot was swollen beyond repair. Sadly it just flew off. 😔
