I called around looking for apartment units. Had they not been all booked, I would have definitely made this my new home. Tee at the leasing office was very pleasant as well as helpful. She answered all of my questions even after expressing there were no available units. 5 stars.

Honesty if I can give them no stars I would, very unprofessional, no communication, and the office manager is very very mouthy. I don’t understand how they are even still able to treat people like this after years of disrespect. I have reached out to everyone and not one phone call or email has been replied. I was given and eviction with no notice and no date after a month of trying to get a hold of someone. It was so much back and forth to the point where when I finally did get in contact with someone the property manager told be she was not obligated to give me any notice or date of my eviction. I was thrown out without warning. Please PPl I don’t want to see this happen to anyone else and their families.

Had a pleasant stay for a full year at Strawberry Hill Apartments. Place is nice and spacious plenty of room me and my wife had came from a 2 bedroom townhouse and then moved to here and this place kept the same amount of space as a 2 bedroom apartment. Could always have parking space was never an issue. The place is a pretty nice place to live.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! When i moved in NOTHING WAS DONE, walls wasn't painted. Keys didn't work. Then when it snowed our ceiling was leaking. Over the summer the AC kept breaking. Lets not get started on the neighbors. The area for the dumpsters is disgusting, and the front door to get into the apartment building stays locked and we don't even have a buzzer so imagine going down 3 flights of steps to let in your visitors. DON'T DO IT!
