I have made three attempts to help get a future soldier his SSN card and every attempt we never receive the SSN card in the mail. This place is really starting to become questionable in terms of what is happening to this individuals SSN.

Be aware .... this place is not open to public Google map should have made it clear that this place is not for walk-in, but rather is a headquarter. The patrol guy is super nice and pointed us to a nearby office that helped us out. Hope Google Map can make it clear.

Not at this location. Not open to the public. For social security cards.
This is not a disability issue. This is a landlord/tenant issue that should be handled through your your state court.
Go to usajobs.gov and search for Social Security Administration

Due to Covid 19 plenty of government agencies are doing apparently due process violations and attemtps to contact someone in the agencies are null and void. Long unbelievable waits on the phone and when someone picks up, you're suddenly disconnected or put on whole all over again to wait. These situations need to be investigated and monitored. I feel that due to these mitigating circumstances, all deadlines to return documents or appeal should be extended or suspended.
Go on to the SSA website. Gov and you can get addresses phone numbers off the website
You have to go to the Wabash Avenue site
Contact the local office or try to go online to her account.
You would have to go to vital records
