First time visiting this store. Had a great experience. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Had a little trouble finding what I needed because the aisles weren’t labeled, but a staff immediately noticed I was looking for something and helped me find what I needed. There wasn’t a line, so the checkout process was very fast. The staff helped me pull my cart out to the parking lot afterwards, and helped me load everything into my car. Exceptional customer service!

Always great experience at the store. Professional restaurant equipment and supplies at great prices. You'll be surprised how much of this could easily be used in your kitchen at home. Except you do not pay extra because it is a "professional" equipment. Another great perk is that it is never so annoyingly busy as the other well known similar store. Give it a try and you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Yes anybody can shop there they have some nice bargains in there I am there in there every week
No you don't. They have memberships though. Better for businesses that will shop there often.

No. They are closed memorial day. Their regular business hours start again on Tuesday. 7:30-6
We are open to the public and you can shop without membership. However, we offer a membership program for $50 annually which gives you access to additional discounts and promotions.
