Due to Covid 19 plenty of government agencies are doing apparently due process violations and attemtps to contact someone in the agencies are null and void. Long unbelievable waits on the phone and when someone picks up, you're suddenly disconnected or put on whole all over again to wait. These situations need to be investigated and monitored. I feel that due to these mitigating circumstances, all deadlines to return documents or appeal should be extended or suspended.

You can report someone using social security numbers in a scam by reporting them to the US Inspector General. Go to https://oig.ssa.gov to file a report. Hope that helps.
