Just flew out of Concord to Burbank. Can't speak highly enough for this airline. Love that they're small and love more they are so good. Already see they are expanding their destinations. Hoping they keep the charm and great people.

Can you get any simpler? Walk in, give your ID to the agent, they put your bag on a cart, and then you wait to board. Board 15 minutes before takeoff. Leave exactly on time (in the air, not pulling away from the terminal). Drinks are included - beer, wine, soda, booze (very small pour, but hell). Seats have great amount of space. Land, walk off the plane and pick your bag off the trolley, and ready to go! "Easy peasy" makes in sound harder than it really is. We need more JSX!!!

Absolutely amazing experience. The Concord Buchanan Airfield is 15 minutes from my home, so it’s super convenient. The lobby has a lounge-like feel, serving complimentary coffee and snacks. The aircraft is clean, and the crew is very friendly and attentive. What ever you do JSX, PLEASE stay in Concord!

Booked flights for the first time and apparently did not use the referral code correctly, and missed out on some savings. No recourse from customer service. They need to have better instructions to use referral codes. So far, Southwest is winning this part of the comparison. Hopefully, the actual flight will be better. ***FYI, referral code must be entered at time of account creation***

Valet available and the Jetsuite X staff is helpful. Be very cautious where you park. They will tow or even worst😂
I don't know of a package offering, but you can book multiple stops. JSX uses Jet Blue's frequent flyer program. You get JB miles flying on JSX. Hope this helps.

All you do is show up at least 30 minutes before takeoff. I Uber in so can't tell you about parking, but you walk up to the desk, give them your ID and they give you your boarding pass.

That would be great...I want to fly comfortably and affordably with my 20 pound dog...not in a carrier crammed under the seat for three hours.
