My entire family and I have visited Carbon Health Urgent Care and we have always had a positive experience. The establishment is clean, the front office is nice and efficient, the doctors are professional and they really take their time to listen to you and address your concerns. I give this urgent care 5 stars for all of the above reasons and because they make you feel that you are important and that they care. Thank you for a positive experience.

You guys were great. The virtual check in and ability to schedule an appointment is AMAZING and so helpful! The front desk worker was so friendly (and her playlist was pretty great too, everyone loves Encanto and Paramore). The doctor Jon (Jonathan) was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Quick, to the point, but yet still showed he cared. Plus they have wifi in the lobby so I was able to continue to work from my laptop as I waited. From start to finish I felt as if I was in great hands. Thank you team for the care you provided. You rock!

Went here to get my son’s complain about his ears checked out. Came out with him being so relieved and happy about being able to hear a lot better! Process was fast and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

I love this urgent care in La Habra. Everyone I've gone in they're pleasant and accommodating. Of course I make an appt. Jonathan and staff were very helpful, He's honest and did thorough exam than sent to ER from his opinion. Thank God cause they found something that needed to be addressed urgently in hospital setting. Praise the Lord for Jonathan! and his staff.
