Purchased 3 vans from this place back in December 2021. We STILL have not received the title and registration on one of these vans and we keep getting the run-around. We are told the temp registration sticker we received back in Dec is still good, but the DMV says otherwise, so does the CHP who has pulled us over 2 times now for expired registration. All attempts to get this rectified keep stating that it's some other 3rd party who is responsible for the lack of title and they have no control over it. They are now not responding to our communication attempts. They have been impacting our business with this for 8 months now and if it isn't immediately resolved, we will be filing complaints with the DMV, the dealership license board, CA state attorney generals office, New motor vehicle board, Consumer affairs office, and anyone else that will help us rectify this, including our attorney. Beware of buying from this place.

Bought a used Chevy Volt for a good price. This is a no frills operation that seemed straight forward and honest. The 12v battery on the car was weak so they replaced it to make sure I did not have problem right away. They could have sent me down the road and I might not have known - but would have had to buy one a month later. Honesty when no one is looking is the kind that counts the most. The only reason is it not a 5 star is the financing available is commercial rates. I had to refi the car afterwards. A bit of a hassle, but I'll take trust over a little extra effort any say.
