I want to share my opinion, I left my dog for two days and one night and the day I picked him up he was very ill and had several bruises when I got home I had to bathe him and I found several bruises on him and he was scared and had a hunger as if he didn't they fed the bed that I left for it, they gave it to me broken and stinky and many things that I don't want to explain because it would be very long but I didn't like it

They are completely unprofessional!!!! Don’t go there! I had an appointment to have my dog checked, when I showed up to the appointment I was told the appointment had been canceled. I asked how come no one called me ahead of time to tell me the appointment had been canceled, the receptionist was mean and gave me attitude and told me they had called everyone. I showed her my call history on my cellphone to show no one had called me, with a mean look and attitude she just told me that they had called everyone and turn around and left me talking by myself. Another receptionist came and apologized and gave me another appointment for another day. Today I get a call to confirm the appointment and the lady on the phone is telling me a completely different appointment from what I was set up with. I tell her that that is not my appointment and again with an attitude tells me, “well that’s what I see here in the monitor!” Didn’t even offered to help and just hangs the phone on me! Completely unprofessional bull$&!£!

Took my three cockatiels here after our regular, Dr. Bart, was not available for a few months. And I probably won’t go back. The girls at the front are super sweet and nice, but my experience with the dr was not. We wanted to see what we can do about our egg laying hens. We wanted to try to get them to stop. He straight up told us we had three options: 1) let them mate with a male and have babies 2) make them uncomfortable and “whip them with a wet paper towel” or 3) go to the bird farm and replace our hens with younger ones. We’ve had them 8 years. No way was I going to get rid of them. I feel i wasted $162 here for nothing. We didn’t even see him examine our birds. They did it in another room. I will not be coming back. I will wait however long it takes for Dr. Bart.

Hands down the Animal & Bird Veterinary Medical Center is now my "go to" Vet even if they are 1 1/2 hour drive from where I live near Palm Springs. They are well worth the drive! My little Ellie "Shih tzu" who is 12 years old had her eye removed on Friday. I was able to bring her home on Saturday and already today Sunday she is back to her playful self. From the very 1st call I made to this facility, I knew Ellie was in good hands. The Doctor called me after Ellie's surgery and told me the details of her procedure and let me know it went well. Everyone I spoke to was very knowledgeable and compassionate about Ellie's care. I am so very thankful to have found such an amazing team of people who care about my pet!
