I went into this shop to inquire about long arm services for my quilt. Being a brand new quilter, I was looking for direction from the staff. I was in the shop for over an hour before I was able to even talk to a staff member regarding my quilt only to be told it couldn't be done because I had already put on the binding. This would have been a simple matter of asking me what was needed and then we could have been on our way. The customer service here is lacking to say the least. Customers should never have to wait this long for service. Kindly train your staff members to meet our (your cu$tomer) needs.

Wonderful store. Lovely lady stayed late one evening as I got stuck in traffic enroute to her store. Beautiful fabric, creative ideas outside the usual. Just a super experience all around.

I hear this is a lot of fun and it is themed sometimes. There is one on music going around for the last couple of years.
Yes they do have project classes which offer an opportunity to gain sewing skills while making something beautiful and useful. Recommend calling them to find out the class schedule.
There are two people who longarm that are at that shop. One is Diane the other is Pamala. Call the shop for prices.
