The care I received was excellent. Normally they don't call to check on you but Anthony Gonzales went above and beyond to make sure I was given the best care he called and made the same day apt with a specialist for my eye and called to make sure I was taken care of.Great care thank you so much.

This use to be a very good urgent care, but now Every single time my family and I have had to go here over the past 1.5-2 years the front office is extremely rude! Snarky attitudes. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the doctor is always very good. Really need to re-evaluate your MA’s and perhaps have them take customer service courses or something.

Awesome service and care. The attention and care we received from reception area through the health care providers was extraordinary. I came in with my 95 year young sick mother, me full of fear and concerns and mom extremely uncomfortable and scared too. She received the best prompt attention, and everything explained in a way I/we could easily understand. Many thanks to the staff on 5/3/22!!

I came in for a physical exam needed for a side job (Covid vacs) on May 4 2021. Paid for the exam and lab tests with my credit card. The reason I'm writing this review today is because I have not stopped getting bills from Quest for this thing no matter who I speak with either here or Quest. I've been back to this facility perhaps 4 times and spoken on the phone more than that. Either the manager is "in a meeting" or they'll take my info and promise to call Quest to straighten it out. Still the bills came, and then they went to collections. Eventually someone somewhere made good on the promise to handle it, and the bills went away... for a couple months. Recently they started again, bills in the mail. I've since read about illegal billing practices by Quest and am getting the picture that this is some kind of game with them, that most people will pay up just to get them to stop. In the end, May 4 of 2021 is the first and final time I'll visit this Urgent Care, what should have been an easy job has turned into a colossal headache and I won't use this place again. Patients beware.

You can just save a spot online doesn't mean you will be seen asap. They are super busy, but I rather wait to be seen there.

do they have a ultrasound machine here?
