My daughter took her dog there and was extremely happy! I just took Alfred there today. The staff and veterinarian were very nice and pleasant. Alfred said that he would go back anytime.

Best experience by far. As a dog trainer and groomer, and a previous vet technician, I am super particular about where I send my dogs! The facility is clean and the waiting area is large so if your dog is a little nervous, you can get plenty of space. The staff handled my nervous dog super well and made it a good experience for her. They let me know exactly how she did. I appreciated the meds they gave me the exact medications that helped her get better from a terrible ear infection in just a week. Doctor Ables was super personable, spent time explaining everything to us and treated us and our dog like friends. Finally the price was surprise low for what I was expecting even after we opted to do everything on the estimate. Absolutely would recommend.
Just Listening
I've been coming to this hospital for years and for the most part, I've had a good experience with the vets here. I appreciate that they're open on the weekends and have great hours. I recently needed to come on a Sunday to get my new puppy checked out. I was told that the only vet on site that day would be Dr. Ables (new vet at Norco). I informed Dr. Ables that my puppy had already had his first series of shots (paperwork provided by reputable breeder) and that it would be weeks before his 2nd series of shots were due. I told him I brought him in for a wellness check just to have a medical professional look at him. Dr. Ables said he was fine but then proceeded to tell me I should disregard the information I was given by the breeder and start him on the first series of shots. He didn't seem to listen or care when I told him that I had documents to prove he had already started on vaccinations. When Dr. Ables noticed I wasn't in agreement with his recommendation, he completely ignored me and proceeded to talk to my friend who had accompanied me to the appointment. Never mind that my friend isn't going to make these decisions or even pay for the vet bill. Dr. Ables should not have assumed. He started adding all these other recommendations which resulted in hundreds of dollars although he had stated my puppy was fine. I suspect the vets are pressured to add unnecessary "recommendations" to turn a profit. However, at the very least, they should remain professional even when customers don't agree with said recommendations. The interaction with Dr. Ables left a bad taste in my mouth. Needless to say, I won't be returning here.

My cat had an abscess, I called and got an appointment within 2 hours. They were kind, efficient, took great care of my kitty. Prices were no more than expected. I would recommend.

How much do they charge
I am 99% sure they do. I have seen ferrets in there.
Hello, We do have walk in vaccine hours between 9am-6pm Monday-Sunday. However, we do require that the pet has been seen within the year by one of our doctors prior to vaccinating. Please text us or visit us online at www.socalvetgroup.com with any questions. Thank you!
I just called this afternoon (2/10/18) and the shot pricing is: Dog Vaccines Rabies – $15 DHPP 4-in-1 (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvo, Parainfluenza) – $15 Bordetella – $15 I think that is reasonable.
Hello Eli, Unfortunately we do not. We only treat dogs and cats at our hospital. Let us know if you have any other questions!
Hello Gloria, Thank you for reaching out about your pups! Before scheduling a spay/neuter, we will first need to bring your pups in for an initial exam. During this exam the doctor will update any vaccines that are required for the procedure, go over a detailed estimate of the procedure with you, and get the surgery scheduled. The starting price for the neuter (male) would be $294, and for the spay (female) the starting price would be $315. The initial exam is $67, but if you book online with us you will receive $10 off the price of the exam. If you'd like to schedule an appointment for the exam please fill out our request form on our website: www.socalvetgroup.com - If you have any other questions please let us know. Thank you!
Hello Manuel, We do not have any puppies for adoption as we are an animal hospital and not an animal shelter/rescue. We hope you can find a pitbull puppy soon!
Hello, Please feel free to visit us online at www.socalvetgroup.com for specific price quotes and information. We are available during business hours through our live chat feature, and anytime with our Contact Us webform. Thank you!
Unfortunately we do not currently have a groomer who grooms bunnies at our Norco Animal Hospital location.
Hello Rose, if you are looking to sign up for your pet portal through epethealth you would need to visit epethealth.com and select the option in the bottom right hand corner that says "pet owner create an account". Enter the email that we have on file for you!
I don't know about their dental, I'm sure you'll have to make an appointment. They are reasonable.
I paid $179, but it's well worth it. So sorry for your loss.
i don't know.. i just left my dog friday -tuesday and i pay 85 for those days
Seems like 46.00 if memory serves
Absolutely! People get in their own way of health care! They know what they're doing and don't need people asking questions and distracting them from providing healthcare!
Appointments recommended, but walk-ins are okay as well
I'm sure they do. I'm sorry about your kitty.
Yes and there's also another animal hospital on HAMNER between 4th and town & country
I don't have my invoice with me, but medicine and all was 90.00, very inexpensive! Very thoughtful and professional.
