If your bike isn't worth thousands of dollars they wont look at you twice and will scoff at working on yours and overcharge you if they have to.

Kieth is awesome. Always the best in customer service with him and the shop. It doesn’t matter if you bring in a 10k$ road bike of a 100$ mtb ebay special, these guys will fix you up.

They don't even deserve one star. I ordered a $300 kid's bike on Giant bicycles online store for someone in Napa to pick up. They would not give the the bike to them as if it is some super expensive performance bike. They blame Giant for requiring ID etc to be presented but they will sell me the same bike on the phone with a credit card!!! They are stupid for losing a sale. I wouldn't waste my money or time with these people.

I think I saw at least one or 2 that might fall under that category, but I'm not an expert and wasn't really looking for that type of bike at the time. Maybe check their website.
A tune up for me was $125.00, but it included reassembling the bike because I did a poor job.
Deoendung in yiur childs height, either 16” or 20" bike. Keith has them in stock, go down and get yourself one.
