Very enjoyable tour with the crew and staff being very accommodating, friendly, and helpful, along with the keyboard player who was very good. Been the area for decades so it was interesting to see the bay and SF from the water side. The boat was fine though showing her age in places.

I'm taking this down to 3 stars to hopefully get management's attention. Management, read here, everyone else read on. We booked with three couples total. Our friends booked and sent the link that the website gave them for us to book and be seated together. The third couple used that link AND put in our email addresses in the spot where it said to in order to be seated together. Flash forward to the day of the cruise and the manager told us she didn't have anything about us sitting together and they made us sit all apart. After that, we watched her move tables around to seat other groups together who did not even try to book together. It wasn't even a full cruise, there was plenty of space to move around. Thankfully, our waiter fought for us and convinced that manager to move us to an empty table. The waiter mentioned this is a common issue, so City Cruise management - FIX THE PROBLEM. Groups won't keep coming if you keep starting their night off on a terrible foot. Other than the seating issue, everything about this cruise was amazing. Our server was SO GREAT. The food was incredible. The water was smooth, the weather was perfect (sailed mid-November). And the VIEWS. HOLY BALLS. They say "great views" but that's underselling it. So great.

Did the Social Sunday cruise. Amazing views. The weather was perfect. Boat had a great crew. Clean bathrooms. Had so much fun. The DJ was top notch. The food was just ok (quick bites/nothing spectacular). Just eat before you go. This was one of the highlights of my trip to San Francisco. If you are in the area a Hornblower boat tour cruise is a MUST!

Hornblower Cruises are the best way to witness the SF skyline from the bay. The boat ride is around 2 hours with some amazing views of the SF Skyline, the Pier, Port of San Francisco, Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge. Special thanks to the whole crew for such an amazing experience.
