Just want to take the time out to say thank you to my guys out at Lee Summit Subaru for getting me into my new baby and i been happy every since i drove off the lot ! Jeff in Sales got everything rolling initially with his great customer service skills and finding me the perfect vehicle for me and my kiddos. Dan over in Finance was such a pleasure to work with and definitely kept me laughing the whole process while making sure i fully understood the important details of my term, which was great considering my fair credit history so i love how he was able to work with me and keep me within my budget. And Rob was definitely great about following up with me , making sure i was enjoying my new car (which i do of course) so that makes me feel good that they check up on you after you leave the lot since not most dealerships do that . Overall , definitely a 10/10 experience from start to finish and i recommend ANYONE to reach out to them if ever considering a new or used vehicle. My husband and I have driven to Oklahoma, Kentucky and Illinois to purchase several vehicles so I was pleasantly surprised to find such a. great dealership in my own backyard. Everyone I have interacted with has been friendly and professional, not pushy. I knew very little about Subaru when I walked into the dealership and now proudly own a Subaru Ascent. I had a totally great experience buying my new Outback from these folks. I searched through the Costco Auto program and found that they had the exact car I wanted on order. Andrew Gibson stayed in touch and was friendly and helpful at every step. When my Outback came in, I hopped a flight from Little Rock to Kansas City MO. The next morning, Andrew picked me up in my new car from the hotel and we went driving. He introduced me to all the new features (my 2005 Subaru Forester lasted 16 years) and facilitated the paperwork. Then I drove it home, 400 miles. What a great car! The whole experience was smooth as silk.
