Very clean. Speedy check in and check out. One of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel. Dog friendly. Only issue we had was parking because they were completely booked and I’d requested a room on a lower floor because of our dog and they were not able to. Will definitely be back!

Our daughter and her family live in Columbia. We visited often. First time staying here and we absolutely loved it. Staff was so happy and friendly. Food rooms pool and hot tub were all excellent. Beautiful place to stay. We will definitely be staying again

One word, AMAZING! This place is one of the best hotels I've ever gone to! Our room was impeccably clean, and there was great wifi. Not to mention the amazing breakfast, lunch, and dinner! The staff was also very kind, there was a employee breakfast who was giving out free stickers to kids and the lady at the front desk was also very kind and patient with my kids, she showed my kids the fire place and how the stones changed color while me and my husband got all the luggage outside. I will definitely be coming back next time I come to Columbia, and and I will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

The hotel is clean and rooms are nice. The Kick back workers were very nice. Didn't have a great experience with front desk. They allowed one guest to have 15-20 extra kids with them and they completely took over the pool. Front desk said there was nothing they would do as they were with a paying guest. With Covid being so rampant, its also not following good safety protocols for your guests. Very disappointed and will continue with Marriott going forward. But the breakfast morning crew were amazing! Elise was so sweet to my girls and talked to them. This group of ladies this morning were great. The totally redeemed our trip.
