Waited a long time just to be told when I got to the teller that I could only get $20 worth of quarters. The teller was incredibly condescending, when I said I had a personal account and not a business account and was not kind at all. In contrast, I was able to get more at the Bellflower location and the Cerritos location was at least polite, apologetic, and prompt. In previous visits there, they were over 20 minutes late for my 5 minute appointment.

Honestly never had a problem with them. The employees are very patient.

I like BofA and I never complain but I went to this branch to close my Dad's account who passed away recently, Bank has new closing hours of 4pm..I walked in at 3:55pm and lady who greeted me said they were cloing in 10 minutes and that I should call the 800 number and close the account there. I was requesting a refund for 2 months of $24.00 monthly fees the account had. She still told me to call the number because they were busy and were closing soon. I called the 800 number and CSR was very helpful and assisted me on closing the account over the phone. Only reason I went in person was because I thought I had to show a Death Certificate.

Both times I've visited this place have been a complete exercise in futility & a reality show of incompetence. This occasion, I spent over 25 minutes in line, at times w/ over 7 people behind me & only 1 teller at a window; the remaining employees doing god knows what. After talking to a teller & being sent to their secondary waiting area, one lackluster employee finally broke away to tell me that I would be waiting an additional 30 minutes. After deciding the visit wasn't worth it, I asked it they could sell me a stamp to mail a letter out... of course they couldn't. They are incompetent & complete imbesiles.
