Excellent customer service and a culture that is old school & client-centric. The entire staff makes you feel as if you are their only client. I have a small business & incorporated. The folks at Farmers have been very helpful and walked me though the processes... highly recommend !

Terrible customer service. I came in with a check of a large amount from an account at their own bank... They kept coming up with one excuse after another of why I wouldn't be able to open an account there.

my brother has an account with this bank. he is now in a nursing home because of medical problems. he cannot walk at this moment and has very little use of his hands and arms. he lost his wallet with his atm debit card. how could i cancel the card?
