Clean and efficient. Heading northbound on I-55, we got food here and then drove one mile north to the picnic tables at the Missouri Welcome Center in Hayti.

Everything was clean and fresh. Subway is great but we all know it can be hit or miss on cleanliness or freshness of ingredients depending on the store. This subway was top notch! A welcome relief for a long day on the road. Thanks

Staff had to be asked to wash their hands. Drop vegetables from sandwiche on to counter top and wanted to continue processing the sandwich. They were out of cups so we could only get the sandwich Was not Professional at all, very disappointed.

While we were ordering and paying for our food the cashier was on social media on HRT phone the entire time. Then she went outside with her boyfriend. At one point NO ONE was on the Subway side of the counter. The other girl was excellent. She was sweeping, cleaning by the drinks, excellent prep of our food.
