Ordered a half and half pizza, half with pepperoni, sausage, and green peppers. Other half bacon, green peppers, and tomatoes. 4 slices were mine, 4 were my boyfriends. His half did not have one piece of sausage, and my half was covered with pepperoni that I cannot eat due to stomach ulcers. We asked her to remake it and she refused and tried to say she will bake it a second time with sausage on it which would have resulted in overcooked toppings, over cooked stuffed crust, and still only 2 slices of my half being edible as the other 2 were full of pepperoni.

I usually find Pizza Hut pizza ok. I had pizza delivered to the Drury Inn about 3 minutes away at 8 PM on a Wednesday evening. Not a busy time. When I got the pizza it was cool and the box looked crushed. The delivery guy looked like he was working in a garage and stopped to deliver a pizza. I would rather have had a frozen Totino’s pizza in the microwave.

The drive they needs to be re directed. I don’t understand why the wait is soooo long. The people in front should be directed to the back of line if their food isn’t ready. I am very disgusted. Waited my whole lunch hour and more to get my pizzas that had been ready the whole time

100% the worst service I have ever experienced. If I could give it 0 starts I would. Made a call for a delivery and they had an Attitude on the phone the whole time. Seemed like it was such an inconvenience for them to do their job. Asked if I could pay over the phone and they said " you're supposed to do it on a computer, but I guess.. *sigh*" 0 out of 10 would not recommend! Stay away from this place. If they don't wanna work. Then they need to quit their job.
